EzyPzy is a marketplace platform operated by Ezytown Technology Private Limited. This page explains how users can delete their EzyPzy account. Users can delete their account directly inside the EzyPzy mobile app. This page is publicly accessible and does not require login.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the EzyPzy mobile app
2. Go to Account
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion request

If you are unable to access the app or need help with account deletion, you may contact us at support@ezypzy.shop.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

• Your profile information will be removed or de-identified.
• Your phone number and other account identifiers will be removed or de-identified from active account use.
• Saved addresses and similar account convenience data will be deleted.
• Your marketplace listings, businesses, products, or related content may be removed, hidden, or deactivated from public view.

Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, moderation, safety, security, recordkeeping, or legal compliance. Examples may include order history, support requests, complaint records, moderation records, and legal compliance records.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is intended to permanently remove your account from active use.
• Deletion does not automatically reverse past offline transactions between users and sellers.
• The latest version of this page will remain available on our website.
