EzyPzy, available at ezypzy.shop, is a platform operated by Ezytown Technology Private Limited. In Phase 1, EzyPzy supports Cash on Delivery and Payment on Pickup flows only. EzyPzy does not directly refund customer payments.

1. Platform Role

EzyPzy is not the seller of products or services listed by business users or marketplace sellers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. E-commerce Orders from Business Users

• EzyPzy does not directly refund customers for business orders in Phase 1.
• Any refund, replacement, or return approval is decided by the business user.
• If money was paid offline, the business user is responsible for resolving that payment issue.

3. Marketplace Transactions

• Marketplace refunds or returns must be discussed directly with the seller.
• EzyPzy does not directly issue marketplace refunds in Phase 1.
