Terms & Conditions – EzyPzy

EzyPzy is a marketplace platform operated by Ezytown Technology Private Limited. In Phase 1, EzyPzy supports Cash on Delivery and Payment on Pickup flows only. EzyPzy does not collect, receive, hold, or settle customer payments for these orders in Phase 1.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using EzyPzy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Platform Overview

EzyPzy provides an e-commerce platform where business users may create businesses, add products, and receive orders for pickup or delivery. EzyPzy also provides a marketplace where logged-in users may list eligible goods or services, subject to platform rules, moderation, and applicable law.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully.
• Business users are responsible for the businesses, products, listings, pricing, and content they publish.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery or pickup information.
• Marketplace listing creation is available only to logged-in users.

4. Platform Role and Payments

• EzyPzy does not collect or hold COD or Payment on Pickup funds in Phase 1.
• The relevant business user or marketplace seller is responsible for fulfilment and payment collection where applicable.
• EzyPzy may introduce online payments in the future.

5. Orders, Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Orders are accepted and fulfilled by the relevant business user or seller, not by EzyPzy. Refunds, returns, replacements, shortages, damaged items, wrong items, and cancellation requests must first be addressed with the business user or seller directly.

6. Marketplace Rules

• Only logged-in users may create marketplace listings.
• Buyers should verify seller details, service terms, and item condition before paying.
• EzyPzy does not process marketplace payments in Phase 1.
• EzyPzy may remove listings or restrict accounts for safety, fraud, spam, harassment, or legal reasons.

7. Prohibited Items and Conduct

You must not post, list, advertise, sell, promote, or facilitate illegal, unsafe, deceptive, restricted, abusive, or infringing goods, services, or content through EzyPzy.

8. Limitation of Liability

EzyPzy is a platform provider. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EzyPzy is not responsible for user-submitted content, business user defaults, seller defaults, direct cash exchanges, missed deliveries, item quality disputes, authenticity disputes, off-platform dealings, or promises made by users without EzyPzy’s authority.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and within the app.
